The beginner guide is a great introductory programme for those looking to get off the couch and get moving. Through a detailed consult we will work together to come up with a schedule that best fits your lifestyle. Your goal may be to make it around the block, lose some weight, run a fun run 5km or carry on to aim for a marathon - if you're a newbie then this is for you!
This package includes an initial consult via phone / skype / email, whatever your preference. The programme includes a weekly detailed structure of your training to keep you on track. Feel free to communicate with me as you feel throughout the week via messaging.
Consult to be 45min in length and $25 deposit with options for weekly, fortnightly and monthly payments.
