The beginner guide is a great introductory schedule for new runners who need direction. Through a detailed consult we will work together to come up with a schedule that provides fun and motivation. Whether your goal is to make it around the block, run 5km or conquer a marathon, if you're a newbie then this is for you!
RUN FOR LIFE
This programme is for runners of any age who have one or more years experience under their belt. It’s a great opportunity for athletes to boost their performance with measurable improvements. You might just need extra guidance, a boost in confidence or looking to get out of a rough patch. Let's keep running for life!
HALF / FULL MARATHON
The half and full marathon packages are ideal for any beginner or experienced runner who has a target race in mind. These packages will be of 3 - 6 month duration to get you ready for race day!
